Source Package

Binary Packages

Want to download and run Beacon?  Make sure you have Java, then download, extract, and run the beacon executable in one of these packages.

Tutorial Packages

These packages contain the source and Javadocs for Beacon and OpenFlowJ, and optionally include the Eclipse editor for the specified platform.

OpenFlowJ Packages

OpenFlowJ is a dependency for Beacon.  You only need it if you are using the source package.  All other packages include it.

Misc

Beacon Local Target - Optional, includes all needed target libraries so there is no network dependency when building within Eclipse. Unzip on top of an extracted Beacon source bundle, and use the main-local.target. Maven local-only builds are not currently supported by this package.
