Fix Versionchanged to the actual release version (so we don't have to care about whether the name will be 0.7.3 or 0.8 or 1.0 or whatever until the release is actually made)
Resolvedissues will be moved to
If an issue is marked
Resolved, then that issue has been committed to git. Only once an issue has been marked
Closed is when there is a publicly available release package with that fix in it.
